Oceana Archipelago -detail

Oceana represents a downtown residential and commercial area on an imagined floating island situated in a low lying archipelago. The artificial island is an enclosed and protected environment, and can be rotated and ventilated according to prevailing weather or climatic circumstances. Future protected islands are proposed to be constructed and assigned as leisure venues and vertical farms.
