Hangars, Rabley Contemporary, Wiltshire

21 september- 31 October 2015 Alan Bond has made models and drawings of the abandoned and re-purposed aircraft hangars that occupy our rural landscapes.Inheriting the perimeter fences and high security of their former military use, both legitimate and nefarious activities occur within their forlorn walls. Glimpses of the interiors may be seen through the half opened doors, broken windows and skylights of the models.

A committee of curators from Rosalux chose twenty artists from The Scottish Society of Artists annual exhibition.
